Worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with.

My bank rejected Verizon finance  after waiting two days they deemed Verizon fraud after they set on the payment for 2 days now I'm red flagged as cash buyer only.  This is the worse company I have ever dealt with in my life.  I was messed me over because finance dept. cant do there job right.  You cant get anywhere with this company.  So I cant get new phone the CEO needs to wake up get his head out of his but  The company is a joke.
