iPhone 4g

I bought a 4G thinking it would be on the 4G network. I guess I should have done some more checking. Does anyone know when, or if, that will become an option for us iPhone users? I really want to stay with VZW....

The iphone 4g the g stands for generation not GSM. Its the 4th generation of the iphone. This device only works on our 3g network. Apple has not released a date yet for the iphone 5 or confirmed that the iphone 5 will be on our 4gLTE network.

Rumors out there state do not look for a 4G iPhone until ATT has a larger 4G network.  Late 2012 was thrown out.

I know it seems weird ATT would play a part, but I am certain, they have demanded VZW does not get a 4G phone before them.

Also an iPhone 4G would only work on the ATT system. G standing for GSM.   VZW version is iPhone4
