Can I make calls to/from Mexico from/to US on Unlimited Plan?

Would like to find out if the unlimited Verizon plan allows for calling to Mexice from US and vice versa calling from Mexico to US.

Calling to and from Mexico is a great feature that comes with our New Verizon Plan unlimited and the Beyond unlimited. The Go unlimited does not include the calling feature for making calls to and from Mexico.
