Do I Get 100 Texts A Month On The $40 International Plan?

Does the $40 International Plan include 100 text messages for the entire month or 100 per each day?

And remember is it only outgoing messages that count against the 100. All incoming messages are free when you have the plan. Overages are 10 cents per outgoing text over the 100.
