Does 5G work with all plans? I just had a support representative tell me that since I'm on an older plan that I would have to upgrade to a newer plan in order to use 5G and not have issues with my service.
We would be happy to help with all questions you have for us regarding your plan. In order to have access to our 5G service you do need to be on a 5G plan. Older plans were not designed with 5G access. Does this information help?
