End contract, help!

I was just wondering how to end my contract. I call the 611 and it only gives me options to change my plan , not cancel my service. Any help would be appreciated!

Well, with it being prepaid, you don't have a contract. but to confirm cancellation of your service call *611 and speak with customer service directly.

That is correct with pre pay service you do not have a contract. If you no longer want pre pay, do not add any money to the account for 90 days and the service will be discontinued.
