We have several HTC M9s. Coverage is poor so we bit the bullet and bought a NE. The phones will hang on to a very weak, unusable really, 4g signal instead of connecting to the NE- until the signal fades completely and drops a call. This means the phones are constantly dropping the connection to the NE. All of the phones are less than 2mo old. How to fix this?

We want to make sure you are able to use your devices with the Network Extender, mikefightsfire. Snn5, has provided a very helpful tip. To disable Advanced calling, please go to Settings>Advanced Calling and disable it. Once you have disabled, try dialing #48. This is a test call which will advise you if you are connected to the extender. Please keep us posted.
