Hello. I bought a $20 unlimited messaging phone card for my phone on Saturday, February 8th and on Sunday February 9th, my phone was out of time. Can you please fix this? I assumed that it automatically changed my plan because there were no options to change my plan when I was online trying to change my plan, so I assumed my plan was changed. I would like my unlimited messaging plan or I would like my money refunded.
