I am traveling to Israel and only want to use my phone for email, internet & pics. What settings do I use to avoid roaming and possible charges?

Turn on Airplane mode for the entire trip and you can turn on the wifi radio whenever you have access to a wifi hotspot.

LadyScott777, Thank you for reaching out to us. Traveling can be very exciting. If you need an Internet connection, find a Wi-Fi network and use that. Use Airplane Mode by turning it on, and Avoid Calls and Texts. Make sure to Check Rates Ahead of Time for the country that you are heading to. Look into Purchasing a Roaming Plan or Buy a Local SIM Card.
