LTE Network Extender Connection Problems

Has anyone had problem with the LTE Network Extender not connecting to cell phones. This is a problem with all users in the home. I have a iPhone 10XS and can't connect to my Extender with out first putting it into airplane mode then setting it back on.

There are numerous discussions on this forum relating to this issue. Try searching for them to see if any have resolutions that users have found.

D you have it set for Open or Hybrid Mode in the device description under your verizon account?
You have to look at your account via the verizon.com website to set the Open and Hybrid Mode. If you set your Network extender to Hybrid you can create a list of phones that have priority access. This list should be the phone names and phone numbers in your house.
Once you put the network extender into Hybrid Mode it will prioritize your phones over others. It is possible other callers are using your Network Extender since it a small cell tower but it relies on your Internet Bandwidth.
By putting your phone into airplane mode you are dropping the connection and then setting up a new connection. You should know how many people are using your extender which you can tell once you have it set up in Hybrid Mode and can get to it via the web browser.

Do the phones have WiFi calling OFF? What make/model extender do you have and what make/model phones aren't connecting? What mode is the extender in, Open, Hybrid or Closed?
