Why do you have to specify certain countries when signing up for Unlimited World Together? Says nothing on the website, yet the phone rep is limiting us to 8 countries total.
Kinda shady, VZW. Why?

DISNEYDAME23, we are glad to see that you are considering utilizing our Unlimited World Together feature for international calling. I am sorry to see that you are experiencing challenges with obtaining the correct information for this feature, the good news is that I will be glad to provide further additional details. Although the Unlimited World Together does provide discounted rates when calling internationally, these rates will vary by country. That is why we ask to confirm the countries that you will be calling. In order to ensure that the Unlimited World Together is able to meet your needs, can you confirm the countries that you will be calling?

Uhhh not that I want to to do your job for you, Lorenzo, I'm sure you're great at it, but UWT is a flat fee per month per line, you will notice. Therefore, it logically follows that all the countries listed as being supported by UWT should fall under that flat fee. Hence the presently disingenuous title of "Unlimited".
See what I'm asking?

We completely understand your concerns regarding the charge for each country. While having a flat rate for this service would make sense there are also limitations on this option. Due to the various countries having different costs for international charges we can not provide a flat rate for this plan. Once you are set up for a specific country you are getting unlimited service for that location at that specific rate and this would go for the other countries across the world. A call to Canada would not be the same as a call to Europe based on the distance from the originating call. Having a flat rate for calls would be great, but this is not an option for our Unlimited World Together plan. I hope this makes sense.
