I still have $35 left in my prepaid account, yet my account information says that payment is due this coming June. If I still have money in my account, why is a payment required?

If the replenishment amount is... | Then the minutes expire in... |
---|---|
$15 - $29.99 | 30 days |
$30 - $74.99 | 90 days |
$75 - $99.99 | 180 days |
$100+ | 365 days |
When the replenishment is applied to a Prepaid account, the expiration date is the longer of either the new date granted by the refill amount or the current expiration date.
Example:
If... | Then... |
---|---|
a customer replenishes with $100 and then replenishes with an additional $30 the next day | the balance will still expire in 364 days. |

I would like to add that the $35.00 in your account will be carried over as long as you refill your card on time.
