So, today, I needed to add a bridge data package to my prepaid plan. I couldn't get it to work on the website, so I had a Verizon live chat representative add it for me. Everything was all fine and good until I needed to make a call about an hour later, and got a "Message HO-1." Basically, I can't send or receive calls or texts. (But everything else works over wifi, luckily!) I contacted live chat again to see if they could remedy the situation, and they told me to the customer service hotline.
Well. Guess what. I can't make calls, even to Verizon itself. I'm stuck in my own personal cell phone catch-22.
Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this? Maybe I should just cancel my contract and switch to another provider.
Thanks in advance!

Try calling from another phone if possible. (888) 294-6804
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

I also had problems trying to add Bridge Data to my prepaid iPhone5. See my post from ~9PM. Curious to know what kind of errors you were getting.
