I will be using the 99 cent daily plan and I wanted to know if someone calls me for the 1st time that day and I do not answer, will that take the 99 cents away? And also, when I add a $30 or $50 card, do I have to use that within 30, 60, 90 days? Thanks

If you do not answer the phone no you will not be charged for it, if they leave voice mail and you answer the voice mail you will be charged for that. If you use the phone either to call or answer a call from another Verizon person that 99 cents is good all day, you do not pay 99 cents everytime you get a call during the day. You will be charged extra for nighttime and weekends. If you buy a $30.00 prepaid card its good for 90 days, if you don't use the phone at all in that 90 days you will still have to refill with another card to keep the phone active, whatever money is still on the card will roll over and be added to the next refill card, so if after 90 days you do not use the phone and you put another $30.00 refill card on it you will have $60.00 in your account. I read somewhere that your expected to make one phone call every 90 days in order to keep the phone active but I don't know that for a fact. I mainly use my for texting.

I checked out information about the fact that you may have to make one call every 90 days to keep the phone. And this is how it reads in the Disclosure Information Booklet " You will forfeit the money in your account If you have activated service without a Refill Card and did not make an outbound call within 60 days. So you have added a refill card you do not have to make any calls to keep the card active.
