I am in zip code 85140 - Ganzel/Ironwood for work. Cell service in several square miles is out or or non existent. The community of Encanterra is almost blacked out. Several hundred Verizon customers are unable to get service. Zip code 85142 - Power/Queen Creek is also horrible. The answer is NOT "its a devise issue" and adding home extenders...fix the problem with the towers! Make an announcement to the customers impacted! Refund for lack of service over the past several months. We are paying for a top tier service and being given bottom tier service. Yes...that is illegal.
