I just joined Verizon I have the airspeed mobile hotspot with 150 GB for $100 I am only getting speeds of no more than 2mbps anywhere I go whether that's outside or inside even if I'm right next to a Verizon tower....
I was using AT&t for hotspot device for 100 GB for $90 and I was getting speeds of 30 MB to 40 mb per second.....
I read somewhere that Verizon produces no more than 4 to 15 Mbps on the 4G LTE network why do they claim to be the best 4G LTE provider if their speeds are very very slow everywhere....
I have tried updating, resetting multiple times I have tried changing network settings get same cr@ppy speed man I'm lucky if I even get 1 mb per second....
I'm only going to struggle with this for one more week and if the speeds don't change I'm moving back to AT&t even if it's pricier...
I tried contacting Verizon multiple times but it seemed like they don't know what they're doing either they're just doing the same things I would have done on my own without their help... On 2 occasions the representative actually hung up on me because they tried to get me to reset it but it was still producing the same speeds...
