Why does my device keep telling me I have insufficient funds?

t switched to a android smartphone and got the 45.00 a month prepaid plan, but when I use the phone it keeps telling me that I have innsufficiant funds to text or make a call, but in my Verizon it shows that im on the new plan and when I try to change anything in my account it says that I am only account user not account manager and it wont let me do anything, what do I need to do?

leonardp1 We absolutely want to make sure that you can view your account online and use your device. Since this is a prepaid phone, you would need to call prepaid at 888-294-6804. Please call from a different phone than your prepaid device then follow the prompt to enter your number. Select option#4 then option#5 and then option#4. When prompted, enter your billing password. If you don't know what it is enter 0000. this will get you to a live representative.
