I am having problems getting my backup assistant to work i had my prepay phone shut off cause i didnt have the money now it wont let me backup my address book and i even lost contacts can anyone help me.thanks

I am sorry that Backup Assistant isn't working on your device. I did want to mention that if your line is currently not active and connecting to the Verizon Wireless data network, you will not be able to use this feature. Once back up and running it should work though. I would recommend calling our prepay department for any further troubleshooting at 888-294-6804. Thanks!
