i bought an unlimited texting refill card and now it says insufficient funds can anyone tell me why this is happening
Have you renewed your monthly fee to keep your account active? Thats the only thing I can think of that would tell you that you had insufficient funds . Your Text package is different from your payment plan.

Just as Minniehaha mentioned, the unlimited texting feature is separate from your actual prepaid calling plan. If your account has insufficient funds at time of renewal, the unlimited messaging bundle is suspended and messages are charged at the rates of the calling Plan. The messaging bundle month resumes on the date account is refilled.
