Click/select the profile name of the poster asking for a private message. Individual agents are unable to receive private messages so you have to send it to vzw_customer_support. Whether the agent requesting the message is online and/or sees your message is a chance at best.

Did they share with you what was done to resolve the issue and can it be shared with us?

I'm not sure exactly what was done to fix our problem, however it worked. We can now send and receive pictures in Messenger. All is good. One thing I was told was that they would "SYNC the account" ... if that helps.

Let me also add that when they did the SYNC (as they called it) ... I had to completely shut down each phone for no less than 5 minutes and that's when I tried it, and we were all able to send pictures. By the way, this all started when we bought new Motorola EDGE phones for the family. we got three all together.
thank you all for your assistance in the Community!!

Being able to send picture messages with your device is very important. Let's work together to get this resolved.
How long has this been happening? What's the make/model of your mobile device? Have there been any recent changes to it? (e.g., software update, new apps downloaded, recent SIM Card change, etc.)
Please reboot (Power cycle) your device while we're troubleshooting together by powering it completely off for about 30 seconds and then powering it back on.
Thanks!
