Announcing Name

How do I announce a person's name when they call all my phones automaticatley did this feature, but my replacement phone does not. Any suggestions? Android Razr....Thanks.

Hi MissyDi1152 - Let's get your phone talking again! Try opening your phone application, press Menu, press Settings. Do you see an option to turn on the name readout within this menu?
