Backup Assistant+ Contacts

"Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time"

I have tried going online to (a) Sync my contacts,

going on my Motorola Razr M phone and (b) syncing via "People", via (c) "Cloud" and receiving an error, (d) "Settings", "Backup Assistant Plus" and sync from there.

Can someone give me some advice as to why this is not working anymore?

I have it linked to a Gmail (main) & Hotmail account.

In addition, has anyone noticed an issue with the screen getting larger with a blue border, especially when typing??
