When I try to open backup assistant on my phone I get a big ALERT message, Error code 1000. Then says a server error has occurred. When I try to transfer a song from the backup on my computer I get another error message. Getting really frustrated. I just want 1 stupid song. It's taking me days. And when I run the backup to the online storage it's taking hours to go even half way. Is that normal???
