Changed phone number on account and phone not working

Changed a phone number on my account for a Motorola Edge+ and now phone cannot send/receive calls or texts.  The online account says it is active.  Restarted the phone and verified it was not on airplane mode but no luck.  This is a business phone so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Making sure that your business phone is able to call & text is priority! We do not have access to Business Accounts here on social media. Please call 800.922.0204 and select the Business Prompt.

 

Please make sure your original device is powered off, and restart the Edge+ with Wi-Fi disabled. This step may save you the call to Business Accounts.
