Having issues with phone , shutting down 75% Same is not wanting to charge with AC Charger that came with phone and another Motorola Charger.   ANy help would be great.  Have gone thru safe mode, etc etc etc    no luck

There is no Damage and it started about two weeks ago.

I'm sorry to see you have been dealing with this for two weeks already, John304. Thanks for the troubleshooting efforts you have already tried. What do you mean when you say it shuts down 75%. Does that mean it shuts down when it gets to 75%? Have you been able to charge it over the past 2 weeks? 

 

Do you see any of the following below when looking at the charging port?

  • Charger fits loosely, bent or broken port
  • Corrosion, or liquid damage
  • Appears normal
