I was on my phone on Facebook and surfing the net when it suddenly died. It was plugged in and the screen went blank and the green indicator came on for about 15 seconds then stayed off. The phone has never been submerged in water but was in my pocket and did get damp a few days ago but has worked fine until now.
Iv tried doing a hard rest and disconnecting/reconnecting the battery.
Any thoughts?
Hey this just happened to me. Exact same situation. What happened with your phone? Did it end up working?
This is very common. I had my phone replaced under the one year warranty, and now the new phone is not charging and will not turn on. I spoke to someone in Customer Service and in order to fix the problem I have to buy a new phone because I am outside my one year warranty.
