Droid Maxx Direct Dial Widget - don't see it in Widgets

Reference the user guide for the Droid Maxx (at the Motorola site), page 27: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/ci/fattach/get/675626/1377023528/redirect/1/filename/680...   This guide, gives the instruction for creating a 'speed dial', for our frequently called contacts. The instruction is to go to the Widgets, and select 'Direct Dial'. Great. There is no Direct Dial widget in my Droid Maxx. Anyone have a 'work around'?

You may have to power Cycle your phone to do that press the power and the Up volume toggle hold till the phone shuts off then Let Go) from there go into your Apps as you once did and up on the top move the page to your widgets..
