Droid Maxx, be Updated to 4.4.3

I seen were Motorola said there updating the Droid Maxx,  Droid Ultra and Mini.  to 4.4.3  skipping over 4.4.2 altogether because of issues If this update is worth it's weight in updating I will install it on my Maxx..  When it comes available..  b33
