Droid Maxx, minimum reception!

I have a Droid Maxx, which I am having reception issues with. I cannot answer a call at home in the house. I have brought it to the store , had some settings changed, a new sim card, factory reset and finally had the phone swapped out. This one is exactly the same. All the other phones, including my wireless home phone work fine. The phone rings and I can answer it and I can hear the other person, but they cannot here me. As soon as I go outside they can hear me. No other phone has given me this issue! Has anyone else had this issue and solved it?

Mrfixit0623, we apologize for this inconvenience. Let's take a closer look at your device. When did this issue start? Did you recently upload a software update to your phone? Do you have applications downloaded to it? Are you able to talk on speakerphone with no issue?

Thanks for the response,

I do have some apps downloaded but I had them on my last phone as well. As

far as the apps go the factory reset that the store did cleared all that.

I have not tried to speak to them through the speaker phone when they call

but I will experiment with that. Android version is 4.4.4

I use this as a business phone and am on call at night. I can't answer the

phone without going outside to answer it, and usually lose the call before

I can get up, shut off the alarm and get to the door.

I can see the difference in the bars when I go from outside to inside.

Mrfixit0623, thanks for your cooperation. Testing the speakerphone feature will determine if this is a microphone issue. Please keep us postdd.

Another note: Is the network type LTE, 3G, or 1X when indoors and seeing issues? If Advanced Calling is disabled (on Android 4.4.4 you likely don't have advanced calling support), what matters more is the 1X reception, not the LTE reception. The phone will show the LTE reception if it is connected to LTE.

1 bar that's it inside. No 3g or lte. Only 2 outside

I have tested the speaker and it made no difference. As I stated on my post

this is the second phone with the same issue.

What I would like is a reinstatement of my upgrade and return this phone. I

don't believe this phone has a strong enough antenna.
