Droid Turbo Not Notifying Calls... Resolution?

Hello all,

Recently my phone has randomly and inconsistently begun to stop notifying me of any incoming calls. I've been looking online today to see if there's been any fixes for this. I don't use advance calling, I don't use call forwarding. My volume is up, my software says it's up to date (5.1). I've not downloaded any new apps. I've been out of work until recently so spending a lot of time at home, therefore I don't know if it occurs in multiple places. I've been using my phone tethered for computer internet a lot as my wifi card went out, so that may have effected things (currently conducting a cache wipe). Bought my phone on launch day, only had it a month and got it replaced and never had a problem since. I've not seen anyone talking about this since last year and then no one had their phone as long as I have. Any news on this?

Additionally, my wife and I experimented a little bit just now... She tried calling me, nothing. Turn off wifi, she tried calling, call came through. Turned on wifi and she called a third time, call came through. Waited a bit, she tried calling a 4th time, nothing, turned off wifi while she was calling, it started ringing. I think I have my culprit.

Am experiencing similar issues. Sometimes calls ring/vibrate, sometimes calls do not ring/vibrate and a missed call will show, and sometimes nothing. Sometimes texts will ring/vibrate and sometimes there will be no ring/vibrate but text will come thru.
