I removed the sim card cover but couldn't find the sim card. I ordered a new sim card. Now the slot seems to be damaged. I do have total  protection coverage but don't have the $ 149.00 deductible. What can I do ?

I'm sorry to read that there's damage on your Driod Maxx, JOYINTHENIGHT. We are here to help with your Droid Maxx and keep you up and running. May I ask what was the reason for wanting to remove the sim card? Also, your post was a little unclear as to what part is damaged. Just to confirm, is the damage on the device or the sim card tray/slot? Can you describe the damage to us in detail so we can determine if it's categorized as being damaged or as normal wear and tear.
