Has anyone else had a problem with the most recent software update for the Razor M? After installing the update, my phone is stuck on the Emergency Call screen. It keeps vibrating with notifications, but I can't get to them. I called tech support. Their answer is to send me a "refurbished" phone in 3-5 days (unless I want to pay $13 for overnight shipping). I haven't had the phone 6 months yet. Within the first month, I had to have them send a new sim card because the one that came with the phone was defective. Very disappointed right now.
Have you tried turning off the phone, removing the SIM card, waiting a few minutes, then reinserting the SIM card and turning the phone back on?
Is it the 'real' emergency call screen the phone is stuck on, or is it just the lock screen asking for your PIN (with the Emergency Call button at the bottom).
You could try another new SIM card (they're free at your local Corporate Verizon store).

I'm sorry to see that you are having problems with your Razr M since the update.
Have you been able to test the steps that tikibar1 has suggested?
I don't want you to get a Certified Like New Replacement device if you don't have to.
