Emergency - Moto Z4 Black Screen - No phone

Dropped Motorola Z4 - screen is black expect for sliver of a line blinking.  Sort of restarts holding the power button, but that it.   Screen stays the same.

No other phone in house.  Verizon restricted messaging until Monday?  So many companies have employees working from home.  Cannot even make an emergency call. Could not be a more irresponsible time for a company this large not to have reps available via chat.
