How do I find the circle widget?

With the Circle Widget I receive the following message "only one circles widget can be added" but I cannot see the widget.

To find the widget, tap your apps, look up at the top of your phones screen, find apps widget. It should be next to that. Tap then scroll to the right and you should find it there. You may have to power cycle your phone if the widget is missing. It should re-appear once you run the cycle.
