I don't know when it stopped working, but HD Calling on my Motorola Z Play Droid is no longer enabled. Nor is it working on the other phones in my account (LG and Samsung) although in the Account on My Verizon, the feature is showing as activated. Please advise!
Oh no, let's keep those calls coming in HD, dle31353. I can understand how odd, and frustrating this would be. Why do you feel that it's not activated? What happens when you try to activate it?

Thanks for your enthusiastic interest; however, after 2 hours on Chat after which I was directed to do a system reboot which I didn't want to do, and was willing to go without Advanced Calling instead, my phone magically allowed Advanced Calling. How did I know I didn't have it? Well, it was enabled in MyVerizon, but was grayed out as an option on my phone. So I couldn't select it as a feature there. Anyway, solved.
