Great question! We don't want these notfications keeping anybody up late at night and I personally know how what feels; we'll get to the bottom of it. You can access your Backup assistant plus profile on our website and ajust settings there http://vz.to/1mOFxfz and from your phone, adjust the Sound Settings and Backup Assistant Plus Settings by launching your System Settings. If problems persist, please reset the application from your phone http://vz.to/18HfhrM .
