How to restore Deleted Apps

I attempted cleaning up applications that I don't need or want on my new droid turbo. I was able to uninstall them directly. When I uninstalled a FULL PAGE link for Amazon, nearly all of the apps on my phone were removed. How can I restore these apps and start over?

Sounds like you uninstalled the Amazon App Store. You probably have to reinstall it to get the other applications back.
