I can't get my voice mail to connect, when I open it up it just says "setting up visual voice mail" but never does anything else! Help!!!

I just recently got a new Droid Turbo and haven't been able to get my voice mail to connect at all since I got the phone! When I open voice mail it just says "setting up visual voice mail" and this blue spinning circle which never stops spinning and it never moves. Help! What do I do? I can't uninstall it and force stopping doesn't help. I've tried it all.

Have you used visual voicemail on previous devices? Is your old phone turned off? Also, do you end up getting any error message when trying to use visual voicemail on this app? We'll work with you to help figure out what's causing this and get things working again.

No I have not yet used visual voice mail, this would be the first time. My

old device is shut off. No I do not get any error messages, it just spins

and spins and says "setting up" but never moves past this screen.

I know how important it is to have your voice mail working Rainmaker06. Are you able to dial your voicemail via *86 on your phone? Have you checked your account features online to see if you have the visual voicemail feature on your account? This can also be confirmed by speaking with customer service.
