I cannot use emoticons while on Facebook on my Motorola Droid. Why?

I have no issues using emoticons while typing texts. But on Facebook, there is no emoticon option on my keyboard. I could scream.  This was not an issue on my Samsung Galaxy.  I am using the newest version of the Motorola Droid. Please help. I am lost without and

Found my own answer!

If you're using the stock Turbo keyboard, hold down on the backspace button (lower right) then slide up to the emoticon button that will appear above it.
