Latest android update shut down my bluetooth connection. I maintain that this is a safety issue. Verizon Leadership group in SC laughs off the problem?

Android updates have improvements and bugs such as shutting down Bluetooth connection to Mercedes car. THIS IS A SAFETY CONCERN. People will die answering the phone on the highway.  Verizon laughs off the problem.  Has anyone else experienced this and got a satisfactory answer?
