Message plus, unlimited plan, droid turbo two

• Sent text to another phone on same acct. Same house. Says sent never received. Also says custom ( not sure why, never has before) droid turbo two. Where did my text go? Why custom?can i re-send text? How?  First time this has ever happened. Is there something i set wrong in  custom? Also why does it say custom? Help anyone. Thanks in advance.

Is this the only number that you have this issue with? Have you tried deleting the phone number and then adding it back to the device as a saved contact?
