This has to be the worst phone ever. I have spent literally HOURS on the phone with Verizon support. They even sent me a new sim card. One motorola system seemed to help a little. I have poor connection, can't connect to a network, dropped calls, poor connection using blue tooth. You name it and this phone has done it. Problem is I still have 13 months left on the contract. I have always perferred Motorola but that is changing. I do not recomend this phone to anyone. That being said I do live in a rural area and this is a 5G but it should still work.
