Hi,

When I get a phone call and answer it, it automatically goes on speaker.  How do i change the setting to not default to speaker?

That’s so odd, Cathyneedshelp. I certainly don’t want you to continue to experience this trouble so let’s see how we can keep your calls more private. Do your outbound calls default to speaker right away as well? Do you recall any change to your device when this first began?  It may also sound odd, but please try plugging in a pair of headphones into your headphone jack (insert it and remove it a few times) then try to test your call again without the headphones in.
