Moto Z2 Play promo not credited in my bill.

I ordered the Moto Z2 Play in the website back in Jul 30 with a $12 credit and my Aug 4 bill shows the full charge. The fine print shows credit applied 2-3 billing cycle but my October 4 bill do not show the credit.
