My razor hd has a notification "Damaged SD card" what dose this mean?

Try removing and re-inserting the SD card with the phone powered off. If you continue to receive this message then it's highly likely your SD card has been damaged or become corrupted and you may need to get a replacement SD card.

Let's take a look at what's going on!

Have you tried removing the SIM card as crelin suggested? This may help.

When are you seeing this error message? Does it happen when accessing certain apps or functions on the phone? Can you make/receive calls and access the internet? Has there been any damage to the phone or SIM card.

We may need to get the SIM card replaced. This can be done at the store at your convenience or you can contact us and we can mail one out for you.
