A completely worthless answer by Verizon Customer Support.  That's it....maybe someday if new software becomes available.  Why don't you answer the question?

Perhaps they don't know. Even if they did, they are likely bound by a confidentiality agreement to not reveal proprietary information.

LOLLIPOP 5.1 downloaded and installed on several Turbo's 7/1 & 7/2/2015 - so no, it'snot skipping Lollipop.
