No sim card - No Service

My phone popped up with a no service message so I turned it off thinking it just needed to reset but when I turned it back on it said no sim card - no service - install a sim card.  How do you get to the sim card to remove it - clean and replace, assuming this is the issue.

Thanks for the helpful information Ann154. Here are the steps http://vz.to/J2z3al jyfiber. Has the phone sustained any physical or water damage? This could also cause the SIM card to dislodge or have damage. If you continue to receive the same error message, stopping by a store for a hands on evaluation may be helpful. Here is a link to the store locator http://bit.ly/3SdsA . Keep us posted.

The SIM card slot is on the side of the device. The manual shows you how to insert or remove the SIM card.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
