I can't believe with all the problems and complaints they are getting with the Droid Maxx screens that Verizon won't look into this. I love my Droid Maxx, but after having it only one month and the screen is already broken, and Verizon rep says I'm out of luck. NOT good customer service. I have been with Verizon for 15+ years....maybe time for a change!
