Pictures in text messages won't download?

I recently started having an issue to where pictures I get sent will not download. The last time I was able to send myself one and it just kinda started working again. This time, it won't even let me send one to myself...just shows a blank message. I've tried restarting twice but it still won't work.

I'm sorry your having issues with picture messages. I would love to look into this with you.

Are you able able to use the browser? Is the device on Wifi? If so turn it off and retest.

I just went ahead and did a factory reset.
