RAZR M, why is there no Wireless Display option such as used with Miracast?

Hi, Trying to find the display cast option which SHOULD be present on my RAZR M droid version 4.4.2

Does it not exist on this phone for some reason? It has Wi-fi direct...

Thanks for asking, Stray1!  We want you to be able to get the most out of your Razr M. Have you been able to use a DLNA certified TV to showthe videos and pictures stored on your smartphone?

Make sure your smartphone is connected to a Wi-Fi
network that has another DLNA Certified device.
2 Tap Apps > Gallery, then open the picture or
video you want to show.
3 Tap the play button at the top of the screen.
Your smartphone searches for DLNA devices on your
network.
4 Choose a device to connect.

Please advise if you are referring to something else.
